How long until my deposit is refunded?
Within 2 working days of us picking up the purifier. Direct bank transfer — no deductions, no conditions, no "processing delays."
Which RO brand and model do you install?
We install Kara — a premium RO purifier with copper-infused purification and a long-life membrane. The same machines we service and maintain, so you get a brand we genuinely trust.
Is there a minimum commitment? Can I cancel anytime?
No lock-in — cancel whenever you want. One note: if you cancel partway through a month, that month's rent isn't refunded. Everything else, including your full security deposit, comes back to you.
What if I move house?
Moving within our service area (Noida, Delhi, Faridabad, Gurugram)? We'll re-install at your new address for a flat ₹500. Moving outside our coverage? We refund your deposit in full and collect the unit — no penalty.
Who owns the machine after a few years of renting?
Tushnı owns the purifier throughout the rental — even after 3+ years. If you'd like to purchase it outright, reach out to our team on WhatsApp and we'll work out a fair buy-out price.
